Walt - what a superior job of blending these three blog posts and associated comments. A most creative endeavor. At some points I'm not even sure what parts of it I wrote. But as I read it I don't care. The whole is better than the sum of the parts.

Most LIS programs offer some sort of management course for the students - some make it a required core course, as does Drexel University. I think this would make a great reading for those students - and not just because I wrote parts of it; this is better than the original. I have a friend who currently teaches the course and I'm going to recommend this to him.

Thanks for your mashup. It's a pleasure to read. I sure hope other network members will share their thoughts.
