Some of you may find IHRIM, a membership organization for HR professionals, worth investigating.

Quoting from the website:

IHRIM's mission: To Be the Leading Professional Association for Knowledge, Education and Solutions Supporting Human Capital Management

The site includes a number of free resources such as the IHRIM e-Journal and Marketplace Resources. It also includes links to some other resources, such as Hay Insight Selections, including this piece on innovation leadership within "America's Most Admired Companies."

Other resources are limited to IHRIM.
